Pay Conference Fees
This is where you can make a payment with a Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club, or JCB credit or debit card. When you click the “Pay Fees” button below you’ll be taken to the secure Authorize.net website to make a payment to the Conference. On that site, enter the amount you want your credit or debit card to be charged.
Remember that a 3% convenience fee will be deducted from this payment by the Conference. This deduction will be shown on your financial statement. Your financial statement, available on request from the registrars, is also the easiest way to know exactly how much to pay including the 3% fee – your total amount due is printed on the bottom of that statement for payment online or by check.
When checking out, please enter your conference “Registration ID” into the “Customer ID” field of the address form, and enter the same email address that you used during registration.

Please note the following:
- If you’re using a debit card be aware that there may be a limit, set by your bank, on your daily charges, similar to when you use an automatic teller machine.
- The 3% convenience fee is typically non-refundable, as is the first $50 paid to the conference. See the conference cancellation and refund policy in Registration Q&A #3.
- If you wish to avoid the convenience fee you may mail a check to the registrars; no fees are charged on checks. See Registration Q&A #38 for more information.
